23% with Online Presence…Before They’re Born
Email Addresses, Social Networking Profiles also Created
Today’s connected parents are starting a digital footprint for baby, even before the child is born. AVG found that 23% of parents upload images of their first ultrasound. 
That’s only the beginning. Once born, babies get more and more connected.
- 7% of babies will have an email address
- 5% will have a social network profile
- By the age of two, 81% of children will have some kind of digital footprint
70% of parents surveyed said they were uploading images to share with friends and family. Some said they uploaded images of their children to bolster the content of their own social network profiles.
